For several different customers, I've realised the mechanical construction of electric motors successfully. I've developed a wide range of electrical motors from small wheel hub motors for electrical bikes (0,35 kW), servo motors and generators for small wind turbines (5 kW) to traction motors for electric cars (250 kW). The electrical layout has always been taken care of by the customer himself.

The motors which had to be developed have always been adapted to the special requirements of the intended purpose. The most important thing to keep in mind has always been a small assembly space and a low weight.

Due to the different expansion behaviour of the different material it has been important to focus on the shrink fit between the stator lamination and the aluminium housing.
