I've developed a Portal Unit for de-stacking polystyrene plates onto a production line for the production of side walls and roofs of camper vans and caravans. 

The polystyrene plates are gripped by needle grippers.

Due to the different sizes of the plates the needle grippers have been positioned in a way that changing the position of the needle grippers is no longer necessary.
